I remember when I first saw Google... someone at work said 'hey, check out this new search engine... it's far better than Yahoo'.
The first thing I thought, was 'oh, it must still be under development - there's no advertisments or news or pictures on the home page'. Back then, Yahoo was what everyone used. It's difficult to imagine now how radical Google was.

Can you imagine life without the word Google?

Its really very wonderful search engine. whatever i need, i always found.
I heard about google first off all when I came to IT field and I was about to search something. The remaining I heard later through google and I always use google as I get all what I need through gooGle

Well, they made it to 9. Do you think they'll make it another 9 years? Probably. I bought this membership at blockbuster videos where they send you 3 videos in the mail, so I have been watching a lot of movies here of late. I've seen 2 or 3 movies over that past week that mention Google. Google is used in movies in place of "Search". Google is on top of the world right now, their birthday gift isn't any different from what they get every other day. I have to say that I do admire Google, I use Google for every search I make, unless I am searching Keywords that my sites are competing for.

My wifes Birthday is today.....Does that mean that she is more successful than Google? No. She isn't worth Billions of dollars, but to me she is worth more than anyone could offer. Happy Birthday Crystal.

I find it a little odd that people feel the need to celebrate Google's birthday.

Yes, it's a useful tool, but do we celebrate other major things? No, so why Google?

Doesn't seem like 9 years. Iremember when Alta Vista was the search engne of the day. (Maybe after Google's birthday the overdue PR will start???)

Google on its 9th birthday has become online electronic hub of human knowledge as it hold the distinction of indexing around billions of web pages as well as images ,books and vides . Google was registered in 1997 and it was officially launched one year later. People faith on Google has been growing as they are able to get the most exact and reliable information.
