An effective way to get traffic and backLink

I have seen in lots of forum/article and etc about SEO. They all says same old story. But I am been using an another way to get more back link and more quality free traffic.

The answer is ... Answering questions in Yahoo Answer. I have been answering in Yahoo Answer for my site related questions. It's bringing me traffic everyday.

That's not a bad idea. I did look at that once, but it doesn't look that interesting and yahoo don't want you to post links perhaps? I can't recall what is there policy on that?

I did that once, but I don't think it is that great for bringing in traffic. It is a nice one-way link though.

there is a spamming policy on yahoo answers, yahoo answers is slowly starting to suffer under the influance of spammers.

While posting ur link on there responsibly is a good idea, unfortunatly some spammers dont know the meaning of the word responsible !

I am offfering free website templates. So I look the questions for free website templates. I give the answer with my url If anyone wants some free website templates.

it will bring you traffic if you posit it to right questions.

Relative to this topics..I put down comments for some articles that allow my url attached with them. I once gave comments on some of my competitors articles just to 'steal' their market shares as well. That has also given me some quality IBLs as well..

Yahoo Answer would be a great idea. I also used the yahoo answer and definitely it gives traffic for a site. With Answer Services, community members strive to give the best quality answers to questions that are posed to the community.

For getting the traffic for the site you can done the following :
1. Article submission
2. Directory submission
3. On-line discussion
4. Some sort of Pay-per-Click advertising
5. Link exchanging

From this you would get more traffic for your site.

1.Optimize each page of your website for a particular keyword or search phrase.
2.submit your website to the major search engines.
3.Submit your site to related niche directories
4.Write and submit articles to the article directories.
5.Leave comments on other people’s blogs with a backlink to your site.
6.Post in forums and have a link to your site in your signature.
7.Write a press release and submit it
8.Advertise your website in the appropriate category
9.Do some Social bookmarking
10.Post free classified ads on any of the sites that allow them with a link to your site.
11.Exchange reciprocal links with other related websites.

Yahoo answers give some traffic. I still get some traffic from answers I made long time ago.
