Page rank and web traffic

AdBrite is generating massive stats for people with their 5 cent minimum bid that actually sells out. The traffic quality isn't great but it pads stats. Just something to be aware of. I'm not saying you are doing anything wrong, just in general, stats are harder to trust nowadays.

Buy us all a burger when you hit the million mark ?

that traffic stat is amazing, but be careful not to associate hits as being individual people - they are not. its unique visitors you need to be looking at!

I would like to know your secret Sastro, I use google adwords , and thats the main traffic source I have at the moment, I have seen a jump on unique visitors but nothing like yours.

I wouldn't be too concerned with google page rank. It is extremely delayed. I have sites that are ranked number 1 in google but have yet to be ranked due to them having such a delay. Over time it does show the quality of a site but within the first year of a site being online it is not a good measure.

PageRank and traffic are two very different things, be careful not to mix the 2 up. PageRank is Google's way of sorting websites out by relevance, in a way, seperating the crap website and the good websites - the problem is the way they do it. They came up with this concept, (which don't get me wrong was pretty effective when it first came out), and the concept was that high ranking websites where the authority for dividing their links juice and giving it to other websites in order for them to accumilate PR too.

But after a while this just got very messy and people where just exchanging links for PR juice (which is not a good thing). Once decent and respectable websites, have become PR monsters, and won't exchange links with other websites unless they hold either a PR similar to theirs or higher.

But trust me matey, these sites WILL die. Google will crack this epidemic, and eventually a lot of websites will suffer.

Traffic is what you want. And if you take my advice you will be back on track in no time. Promote your website, and break even for a few weeks, pool your income from your website and spend it all on text link ads, and banners on similar containing websites, just save a few quid for expenses and you should be alright.

Best thing to do is NOT TO WORRY! This is the Internet, this is a common thing to happen. Expect it more

Now i'm not sure about my traffic. Maybe because there was lot of people try to find some free file to download from file hosting like Rapidshare.
Based on webstat, more than 90% referer came from google with blablabla rapidshare keyword.

I checked and it has a great result and it is mostly coming from google and it is organic..

How effect my sites if I will do it huge amount of link (reciprocal links)
what will happened for my sites if i do all types of links relevant, irrelevant?

Have you consider, Why we always talk about relevancy - Because this is only the major factor to any website for high rankings in search engines. Relevancy also refers to the targeted traffic; which is exactly what every website owner wants.

And, I suggest to go with this factor. If you follow this, you will definetly get the good results in search engines for your website.

And from my experience, there is no problem if you are linking (link exchange) to thousands of websites but they (websites) should be relevant to your business.

I've read somewhere that reciprocate linking as no value or at least not much.
