What country is iWebTools hosted in?

Many of the staff seem to be in the UK, is this a UK website?

Yep, north carolina (Garner)

You carry out a reverse lookup . All I P's are allocated a geographic location, this is what is meant as the 'physical location' NOT where the server is placed in the world. The physical location of a site is the address to which the IP resolves. (all of 1&1 hosted websites for example are physically located in GERMANY even though they have UK telhouses and claim to be a UK hosting provider

The servers are hosted at dimenoc datacentre in Orlando. Most staffs are from UK though
