Im currently thinking of selling my baby www.WebHostingReview.ca

I currently receive a nice amount of traffic and feedback regarding this site as i have been writing my own reviews of hosts at out visitors request, then proceeding to ask that host in question for a test account - then basically write my thoughts

Also within the site is a Host directory where hosts can add there company and also allows users to add reviews

This is a smarty based dir script with admin, all reviews are qued for admin approval within the admin panel

also i added a host uptime which after moving hosts needs to be re loaded but allows u to add the uptime stats and check there servers which then displays there uptime.


In addition i added a built in advertising system thats automated. *recent*
Also the more hosts that are added the site received traffic for that specific host when searched *whateverHost Reviews* Mostly in part to the great domain and SEO done

This site ranked very high in google.ca such as

#1 Web Hosting Review
#1 Web Hosting Reviews

And many others..

Allot of SEO has been done on this site
Also PR has not updates but i have some GREAT back links from the biggest web hosts on the net

Such as two links at Siteground.com PR6 found here & here

Thats two PR6 links as well as all the hosts that u see on the right hand side of my homepage. I had emailed them all offering a free Advertising spot there in return for some high PR backlinks

Want a FREE QUALITY High Pagerank Back Link?
Write a Little web Host Review "asuming its a good review lol" And Email the high PR web Host in question - 90% of the time they will give u a great link on there site, best of all its free and perminant /no monthly link or advertising costs

So this site has many high PR6/5/4/3 back links that are Quality !
there should be no prob once google indexes them all to get a PR 5 domain or higher.

Just look through google and take a look at the PR of websites that are under mine most are PR6/5-4
Then on top is my PR 0 lol

This site could make alot of money for the new owner if they wanted - buy selling advertising spots or change the purchase plan links to affiliate links

Currently it doese not make anything as i have been basing my work on creating a Affiliate Free Resource that my readers and visitors can trust

But like i said this can change

I have not thought about how much i wanted for this site as but i am taking offers. I have been offered $1,700 so far but im curious as anyone would like to counter that offer.

- Cant Get a better Domain "www.WebHostingReview.ca"
- Easy & Free to market and get free high PR Links
- Lots of traffic
- Huge potential to earn some serious $$$

This website is growing very fast.

If i dont find a buyer within a month the sale of the site will be taken down.

Why not run an open bid to find the real value, 'I have been offered xx amount' sometime is usually seen as a marketing ploy but if a know person places that bid openly on the site, it may encourage other serious potential buyer to believe the offer is genuine.

I don't believe this Richard Joseph guy, he is always coming up with this phoney sales that never takes place. This is the second sites he put up for 'sale' which I was interested in but he kept telling all this funny stories about it being in another forum via PM etc etc.
