Okay, quality is a relative term!
I used a number of tools and manually checked your home page for SEO and general credibility of the page.

For example with the SEO the 'Meta Tag Analyzer' says your keywords relevancy is good.

Some observations and things to consider. All minor really, but while on the subject might as well let you know.
WebSite Title - Very short, you could add a description with some keywords in here.
Some of your images have no alt text, the Dunlop image, the D'Addario image, you might as well give them some alt text.
The images at the bottom have alt text saying 'SPECIAL OFFER! Ernie Ball guitar polish plus Fender polish cloth'. The 'Special offer' wording don't help and could be removed, however I guess it's created automatically?

The keywords, check if they really are helpful because 'spanish' could be made a bit more specific, as the word 'spanish' would normally be referring to the spoken language.

Some of the URL's on the page are a bit long and complex i.e shop.marsguitars.co.uk/index.asp?function=DISPLAYPRODUCT&productid=25

Lastly my Firefox HTML validator finds some errors on your site. Although I'm not geek enough to know what they are!

Traffic rating is just that. An indicator of your traffic, not a linear scale of course, but a logarithmic one.

Something to highlight to you. On your site, in the address area - just in front of the Bell Jewels name, there is a blank area with a link to another site.
I don't know really, but this is like hidden text(not showing users what is there) and so I believe it's possible that Google will think this is suspicious and give you a penalty for it. Might like to check it out and change it

Rather tricky, I'm predicting PR0 because the site is so new. Backlinks are few and far between. So likely you'll have to wait until a PR updates months from now before you get a PR.
Yet at the same time you've been getting some traffic from somewhere!
And recently moved the forum to the homepage so the page counter made me double check that a few times to see what was going on.
