Default Where to find people interested in a "Work From Home" forum?

Hi,

Do you know where I can find people interested in joining this new work from home discussion forum?
My targeted audience is stay-at-home moms, students, freelancers and people interested in making extra income while at home.
If you have any suggestions on how I can reach this targeted audience or similar people who might be interested in this forum, let me know.

Thanks

I don't know but I have an idea.
Perhaps on your forum you could ask existing members. Like create a thread asking how they found the site and where they feel other potential members would hang out?

Have you tried signing up to forums that are on a same niche as yours and including your forums link in your signature. Although all these may not all your sig link, but some will probably allow it.

I've found that advertising to free yahoo groups for work at home is a great way to get some good traffic and members. you can email me directly if you want some links (don't want to be accused of spamming of course)

Yes, one thing you can do is : write article about it, submit to social websites, blogging and signature links, directory submission.. this will help you gain interested people to your site.

Good luck
