London SEO meeting/seminar

Hello everyone,

Temi from Haabaa came with an excellent idea of organising a SEO/SEM/Meeting/Seminar /Training in London on a regular basis. This could also be a good opportunity for all the directory owners from London to get together and discuss important directory related matters.
As I really like the idea and fully support it I thought it would be a good thing to post in here just in case some other webmasters might be interested. SEO is important for everyone who owns a website, not just directory owners so basically everyone is welcome to join.

Just as an add on I am also likely to be attending, as an expert, so will be speaking and advising on a personal basis.

I think it is important that people can interact with others who are actually making money online and understand web marketing.

Interesting idea. Not sure what you can achieve face to face that you can't over the net.

Well for one, there is no way that I would deliver a complete guide to any aspect of web marketing over the net, especially not one where there is an immediate Q&A after and even the viewing of the questioners website live there and then!

There is no doubt in my mind that getting together face to face is far better as it allows people to debate. Often a few of us who work with each other in SEo will get together on MSN etc and have an all in debatre. Maybe 5-10 people all jabbering away sharing ideas etc. These are some of the most productive times. IMO. Offline works even better.
