Well, there are some factors that you have to look at....Number one, how long have you been building links? Sometimes it can take several months, even a year, or more, to notice any PR change. Also, what is the value of the links that you are gaining? Links on PR0 or PR1 pages with hundreds of other links carry little value as far as PR goes. The biggest question that I should ask you is why is it that you are so concerned with PR? I know, its what other webmasters use to gauge the value of a link on your site....But other than that? In reality, most webmasters have no idea how to gauge the value of a link on a single site. I can tell you that it has a lot more to do than just PR....Anyhow, like Bagi says, you might be better taking this to the SEO forum.
