Lost index page cache after being on page 1

Trying hard to figure out why my wife's site http://www.stylishnoggins.com that was on first page with a search for cancer hats dropped completly
Still have a page rank 4 but the main page does not show.
Have quite a few good links from higher and lower sites so I am surprised and dismayed at this discovery after many hours working on it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's only the one page. Would think it will be back soon.

Do you feel that this could be G's update time frame causing this?
The site has been up over 1 year with no changes in page rank or page position organically, so I got worried.
I have not found any checker site to tell if something is correct or incorrect to be able to make any adjustments if they are necessary.
The other sites stayed the same, or moved in when I got bumped.
