What is my site worth? Review

Just curious as to what u all think this site is worth if it was to be put up for sale?

Or what u would pay for such a site

Web Hosting Review

Ranked High in google for the below terms

Google.ca as its a canadian website

#1 - Web Hosting Review
#10 - Web Hosting Forum
#3 - Web Hosting Uptime
#2 - host Uptime
#2 - check host uptime

Along with many more - As new hosts add there company to our directory we also rank within the top 10 for there company reviews when searched such as

"whatever host reviews"

Average of 200-300 Unique ip visitors a day

Many High PR backlinks from some major hosting companies
Links Range from PR6-4

PR hasnt been updated yet so still PR 0 but as u can see from the positions in google its next to some very high PR5+ domains

Im just curious as to what u all here think this site would sell for ?

Well, ususally the website price is based not on it's SEO parameters but mainly on income this site generates.
I.E. if your site generates $5/day on AdSense -> it gives $150/month -> your price starting point is $1800 (yearly revenue).

If the site comes with your commentary, I'd say it is worth far more than that.....But, unfortunately, you can't legally sell yourself....Not as a package deal anyhow....I'd say $700 to $1200 for a quick sale...

I think this site could fetch $1,800-$2,000. It's not very flashy but the layout is simple and intuitive.
However, i wouldn't sell a site like this as it can grow to be very valuable over time.

Thanks Guys for the feedback, im not looking to sell at the moment however i am looking for anouther body to give me a hand with it ... any takers.. ??

its just a hobby site and yes it definitly has the potential to go somewhere i know that .. the domain in less than a year has grown more than i ever thought.. so who knows in 5 years or so it may make us a small fortune .. for now im just trying to keep it as informative and withought affiliate links which bogs down todays host review sites reputations..

That sounds like a great mission statement Richard......It's the reason that you are doing it that will make it a success. As long as you keep that mission in sight, your site will be a great host review site.....
