umm,not bad, but it does have kind of a 1980's kind of look and feel to the site. i think you really need to modernise it, bring it up to the 21'st century. also id consider removing the notice banner at the top of the page, do that or either had a bit more text and a nice picture.

apart from that, good luck with it
