I have been changing loads to the site and I now feel it is a vast improvement, albeit my rankings disappearing completely from Google. Design is nice. I like it. But in the same time I would change the header a lit bit. Add some other than red color and add logotype if you have such.

Pretty well laid out. Though i think you could do away with the big banner saying "home" as there is no need for it that big. The space could be better used, It would be an idea to use the navigation tabs and have the current page tab highlighted.
The layout is clean and tidy and as soon as you hit the site you know what its subject is, which is great.
Only one critasim really, but more personal thing, i find white text on red hard to read after awhile.

Overall not far off top marks

The design is pretty good to me but the layout is too scattered and wide. You need to improve your logo, header, navigation menus, the arrangement of pictures and the flag at the footer.

I agree with midlandi. I don't like the white text on dark reddish background, and I don't think many readers will either.

Looks nice - I usually prefer white background, but thought your red works OK and is distinctive. The main critisism would be the large box desplaying the page title (e.g. 'Home') - far, far too big!
