Need help with phpbb

I have this url www.greateggs.com

It's basic and it's in frames with Frontpage.

I have not seen a PHPBB forum with a menu on the left where you can put other external links into it.

I can play with Dreamweaver but I wanted all the frames in one index.htm file not 4 as I have today.

Any examples of URL would help

You can just use a PHPBB template that have links on the left hand side.

Try doing a search on google for phpbb templates.

The only help that I can offer with PHPBB is the advice to switch to SMF.....I'm sure plenty will disagree, but they are all peons.....
