Its a strong PR6 and its valued at over 36K that tells you how good this domain really is!

I am looking to make some quick cash so If I can get 2-2.5k for this site I will sell it right away!

There are some link spots sold on the side of this site, but the whole site is SEO friendly and it makes MONEY!

I make 100.00 per link on the side of this puppy and it is pretty easy to do the same yourself!

I think the domain is bought from domain after market between 05/09 and 05/21. I checked some backlinks. They are still available.

Its not about the name, its about the traffic, PR and the money this site makes with ease. As I said before I have no need to sell it and I wont if I dont get my asking price.

You need to show proof of revenue, otherwise you cannot ask for buyers to rely on your "the money this site makes with ease" sentence. Show proof, or sell it as a traffic domain.

Friend, I already explained why I cannot show proof. It is all in with all my cash recipts ( SEVERAL HUNDRED RECIPTS ) if you dont believe me, look at the links on the site, those are about to expire and they were yearly links at 100.00 each!
