Create a myspace profile for faceladder, and add a lot of people on your friend list, then announce to all of them in the bulletin about faceladder.com.

You will just need to have a lot of link backs for them to be indexed on google, and a fix on keywords for the better search for people to find faceladder.com.

I checked the faceladder.com and it is like other social networking site that will help boost traffic for a site. You need to promote and advertise it.

For the most part I like the layout, color scheme etc. but I would do something about the "Welcome Intro" section. There is too much inconsistency in font size, colors used, bullets and no bullets making things look unprofessional. Just my opinion.
