dot tk....should i worry?

Someone has pointed out to me that my forum www.triphp.com is being "scraped" by www.triphp.tk

Should i worry about this, is it doing any harm ie will it be considered as duplicate content?

Any ideas what to do about it?

Another question on this.
How on earth do they do this, i just went on to check some stuff and members can log in there as if its the .com site. The whole site works as if its mine???

Midi i checked the index sites of the tk domain and i think you should contact to the owner. If he reject your request i suggest you the spam report form.
