Deleting Keywords

Hi

I have just launched 2 new websites and have added keywords at the top of my pages so that google will pick these up and hopefully rank my site higher on the search engines for these keywords.

But after receieving reviews given by WEBTOOL members who say they don't like the text keywords at the top of the page, I am considering to delete the keywords.

I understand that the keywords don't look great but it is an attempt at SEO.

What do you think?

Suzie, i also suggest you to delete those keywords since i suppose that your niche is very competetive, so this is not the effective way to grab any advantage. Telling the truth those words are rather annoying factor for my eyes. If i were you i would rather try to increase the link popularity for the targetted keyphrases instead.
