Default iwebtool top sites - confused ?

I joined the top, but im confused..
1) Is it correct that only top 10 sites are shown ?
2) how many hits do i have to send to be listed there ?
3) are those link SE-friendly ?

You will have to send more than the amount the 10th site sent

I must admit this is one of the strangest tops i've ever seen - without number of hits IN/OUT. How one supposed to know how many hits 10th site sent ? Maybe it sends 5000 hits/day and then there is no point joining the top because no chance to be listed...

I know exactly what you mean and hence that, I will be changing the Top Sites around a little when I get some of the other side of iwebtool done.
