Default What do you think of Namecheap.com?
Hello there!
Namecheap.com is known as doman name name registar. But some time ago they started providing web hosting packages:

What do you think of that?
I think they are good in domain names registration they will be good in web hosting to.

I think nobody can yet comment on Namecheap.com hosting services as they have just introduced them, have seen the similar threads http://www.namepros.com/web-hosting-...sting-now.html
but the fact they are expanding means their ability to handle both hosting and domaining.

Namecheap.com prices are not very high. They offer Email only hosting. I wonder if it can be used only for email services and that's all.

I read on one of the forums that namecheap.com have been in hosting business for quite a time, it's just that they have changed their brand name.

Quite right. I consider Namecheap.com will have reselling and dedi very soon. Web hosting is a new thing for them and they need some experience in this field.

You shoudl only order from godaddy. there is no one else out there cheaper. They have good hosting prices too. They are the biggest in the US.

I think Godaddy have already discredited their reputation as a host (I don't they their domaining services aren't good), so I just hope that won't happen to Namecheap.com, as now their service is top-notch.
