Somebody with SMF experience ?

Hello guys,

I'm just wondering what the price would be to adapt the look & feel of a SMF forum to match the look & feel of an existing website.
The website is http://www.boekensite.net/

Normally I do this all myself, but due to lack of time I'm considering to buy this service.

Please post your price and eventually an example of your work.
If interested, I can pay with paypall.

Eric, give me two days maximum and i will give you a css for a bbpress forum engine free of charge. If i have free time i can finish it in some hours. The script is free and very seo friendly. What do you think?

That's a very very generous offer !
I didn't know that script...so I will first download this, play a bit with it and see if it has all features I need.
If I then need a css, I will come back to you but... I really don't want it free. You already helped me a lot on this forum, so the least I can do is pay you for this. I really insist on that ! (as long as you don't charge me millions

)

Eric, my workhour is unpayable so if you need help i will do it for free. You are a good guy so you deserve it. I'm glad that you give it a go, i guess you will like the script, but don't forget to enable the seo firendly permalink setting the 'slug' as mod_rewrite option at the config.php. You will see how wonderful script it is.

Hi Bagi,

Finally, although bbpress forum engine is a wonderfull script... I decided to use SMF instead.

I don't think it is as good in SEO, but there are more finished and working mods. Right now, bbpress is more for experienced programmers...which I'm not :sad:

But... if you take a look at www.boekensiteforum.net ... you will see I kept my promess

(it's not completed yet, but any remark about the working of my forum is welcome)

Eric, your new site looks awesome. Fitting the design to previous older sites was very successfull. But i belive that hunting up a seo url mod and placing this .htaccess code
