I agree RJ....But, I have to remain objective, unfortunately, and hear the story out.....I can't ban this person until they have done something wrong, or spammed the forum, or promised something for a price, but didn't deliver...

Allright i guess banning is a little harsh but come on, Hes selling somthing here he cant possibly deliver or promis as hes not the owner..

I think i may open a poll about this to see what other members think about this situation.

Iwebtool is a great place as we all here are open minded and work as a team however posts like this i personally feel hurt the integrety of the forum..

Just like in some big webmaster forums selling your own sig is not allowed, this i feel is ok but allot other forums dont allow. We do allow this hear and agree with it as its the owner of the sig thats selling a spot..

But when people start selling things that arnt theres Y wait till someone gets burned.

people like this guy say hes only gona sell 1 then get gready and or tell all there friends and eventially the owner of the group become aware and block the links and tada there out big $ .. how can someone promis that 5 years down the road that the link will still be there .. they cant

Maybe baning is a little to harsh but possibly just deleating the threads, or making a rule u must own the product or service that one is selling...

Its all about integrety, i respect not only this forum but all the members and this should be a guidline - posts such as this border on warez and criminal

The only legal way he could promis such a thing would be if he had a letter or agreement with the blog or sites owner stating there perminant links or so on..

Well this is not moral, and should not be allowed, it's like me selling someone's e-mail address to a spammer - same concept different object - it just isn't my right to sell it because it isn't mine.

Hey I have an idea, how about I sell the location to 4 people for $56.25? Then I'll have $225.00 to give to truedesign4u for the location, and then we have all got round the price problem , joking.

But seriously truedesign4u, drop it, you won't sell it. Not for that price anyway.
