You will have difficulty ranking 10 out of 10 for Google Pagerank - which is what I assume you are talking about.

Anyway, if you want that, get some high quality, high ranking websites to link to you. We are talking PR 8, 9, 10 and those sites would be difficult to get a backlink on - in terms of budget, competition, advertising spaces (and whether such a site would allow such schemes).

I think you're talking about PR ranking right?

I think that's a long way to go...

Backlinks is the factor of high PR...especially backlinks from quality sites..

PR10 not only takes quality high PR backlinks but im sure it also looks the the domain age ...
