Hi all,
We have 12,500 registered users on our site and are still trying to figure out how to make $$$ with the site. Any ideas?

I think you need to tell us some more details. What is your theme? The number of daily visitors? Without this information i doupt we could help you generate money.

You can try a social networking site like rsitez.com it comes with built in ad features and they let you keep all the revenue generated. They charge a licensing fee but it's pretty low compared to paying someone to build it.
