I have started a new portal which is based on a PR8 domain in the same topic (Technology). Although we are still filling the site with content the results of the first article and there serps is great. To support our efforts in making this a great portal (get content, writers, designers etc.) I have decided to sell 10 hardcoded text links at 500-550 usd per ad (link) per month.

I want only related links on the website, so I want software, programming, business related ads. Your welcome if your in the field of SEO, Directory (no more then 3), Software, Webdesign or any topic that you think is related to thinks like XML, CSS, Accessibility, Semantic Web (the topic of the website).

What are you getting?
I have 5 links available with title tag, description and url visible (adwords style) and 5 links available with only link and title tag. The textlinks only are 500 the ones with small description are 550 usd per month per link. All other outgoing links on every page have nofollow except these 10 links.

Stats
Website is 9 year old .com domain in the topic of XML. We are rebuilding it to become a professional news portal on the same topic. This PR has been there for years and will not go since we public quality content en get linked from PR9 sites because of this content. Since the website has been one page for at least a year Google shown 7 backlinks on domain without www. and 0 with. So if your not interested in digging a bit further on this domain and the potential, do not respond. I prefer to have long term clients that are focusing on SERPS and not PR value transfer. There is almost no traffic to the website since we started this project 3 weeks ago and only yesterday start publishing articles. But articles released are doing great in serps!

2) The first 6 ads sold get a sitewide link instead of a homepage ad. (Sitewide links are given till dec. 31 2007).
