In my opinion online marketing may provide a huge advantage against the offline marketing. It makes possible to give impression of much larger company as it is in real. I think online marketing consists of two major parts: the different paid advertising systems and the organic result of the search engines. The last one is called search engine optimization and it does'n require budget only your time and the willingness to learn.
