So let me get this straight. You are basically buying dropped names that still have PR, slapping up some crappy site and selling it like the PR is going to be retained after the next update, is that correct? wurmsoftware.com was owned by greg wurm and caitadvocacyforum.org was a mental health forum. WOW I sure hope everyone does a little research before they decide to buy from you.

I don't know if what you are saying has any truth to it....But....assuming that it does, he never claimed otherwise. So why, if you don't mind me asking, are you acting as though he has claimed otherwise?

I would say that the omission of the truth was my real point. And the first sentance that reads "Im sadly disregarding some of my sites+domains that i no longer have time to work on, come grab them now as they wont be on sale long" That says to me that it is someone who has sites they have owned for a long time that are being disregaded, not someone who bought a dropped name and placed a totally unrelated site on it to make a quick buck. If I am wrong then I surely appologize but I am pretty sure that I am not.

My point isn't that you are wrong, but RJ is somebody that I have come to trust, and I personally believe that he is someone that Can be trusted.......And my point is that if you don't have a reason not to trust him, then why bring it up.....I am just like you, I keep an eye out for scammers, but I truly don't believe that RJ is a scammer, I have known him for a time now, and I have found that he is as deserving of my trust as just about anyone else that I have met through the forums. I don't mean to say that your opinion is wrong, and if your intentions are correct, then you will fit in well here, but, my opinion is that RJ is as trustworthy as anyone else I have seen here....But, like I said, that is just my opinion, and by no means is that a fact...........

You know as well as I do that there is someone out there who will see an ad for a pr4 site and be immediatly enticed by it. Maybe get their hopes up of buying it cheap and having a ready made site. I do not Know RJ or have any reason to try to subvert his sale, but when you look at the real facts of this sale it is very misleading to imply that these sites will retain their pr at the next update when they are really dropped names that no longer have the content that got them the pr in the first place.

I am only advocating truth in advertising, maybe I should absolutly state for the record that I have no first hand knowledge that that is what is being done in this case.

If someone is interested in buying these sites, since I did do a little checking up because I was at first interested. I thought that it was in everyones best interest to know that they should do a little investigating on their own before agreeing to a purchase.

The trouble about what you are saying is that you don't know anything about what PR will be dropped or what PR will be maintained.....What I mean is basically that even the people that work at Google can't predict PR, or what it will do....Neither can you. Neither can I. I truly appreciate your concern for other buyers, and your questions are always welcome in this forum, protecting your fellow webmaster should always come first.....And for that I commend your efforts...But my thing is that you can't judge somebody without any proof....And as far as I can see, RJ hasn't promised anything that can't be delivered, RJ hasn't promised anything at all....Just some sites for sale....He made no quandries about the fact that the sites he is selling have some special meaning, he only has announced that the sites that he has in his avail are for sale........For that, he has done nothing dishonest or wrong, and it seems to me that you are making it out as though he has.......If he promises something in which he cannot deliver, then I would understand, but he has not.....

With that being said, I really love the digging you have done on this situation, and I would really love it if you would do some more around here.....But, don't accuse any of the innocent members of doing something in which they have not......That's all that I ask....

as for Hoodala's comments, i would like to say that there is "never" any guerentee that a domain once sold with continue to carry the PR...

Its thinking like this that will forever hindor and disrupt domain sales...

For instence if i were to buy a domain with a PR 5 and the following month it dropped to a pr 2 would this be the sellers fault ? of course not . it was what he said it was during the sale , the only people that have complete control over domain PR's is google and only google. U need to use your own judgement when buying domain's . however that being said its a somewhat almost known fact that google likes older domains before new just regesterd ones.. and yes that is what im selling .. A site and domain which is a PR 4 and a couple years old , it can possibly increase in PR faster that a newer domain because of its age however this is just seo thinking here..

people really need to make an informed decision before buying anything . I have seen people buy complete sites that showd X amount of traffic before buying then complained and reported them as fraud because there site never recieved the advertised current stats,,, what the buyers need to consider is that possibly the previously owner posted repeaditly on certain forums and so on... this all needs to be considerd while thinking of buying ..

This is a genuen PR 4 domain and site ,,, u can allways look on ebay like i just did and pay $59 for a Fake PR4 domain without site..

Actually i just looked theres many PR4's however every single one is fake lol ahh they must be making some reall $ .. dam who said honesty brings sucsess lol .. k im done rambing .. have a good nite folks

You are correct I cannot predict what pr will or wont do and as by the iwebtool pr prediction tool neither can it. As evidenced below:

If you are a moderator and would like to delete this thread so that RJ can put up a new ad for these two sites then I will gladly stay away from the new ad completely. I am truly not trying to stop the sale of these sites, and I usually stay out of things like this for very good reason. I am not here to make anybody mad or accuse the innocent, I just get tired of wasting my time looking for good quality sites by the description only to find out what could have been said by the advertiser up front.

Maybe it is only me who feels like the whole truth should be displayed.

I would like to add somethin to your statement above if i may, as per your test with IWEBTOOLS PR prediction,, I hope that u do know that "ALL" PR prediction tools are for "ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY" No tool can predict any PR

I have a couple domains that have a PR 4 or above that have held there PR rating for over 3 years "whith no backlinks showing" & PR Predictions showing the same results as you pointed out above.

Some speculate Google allows this because of domain age, but thats all people can do is speculate.

like jumpenjuhosaphat stated earler some of googles highest executives dont even know what the ever evolving PR formula is.

U cant judge anything using tools, and PR prediction tools which should really be classified as "toys" and nothing more.

If your not interested in buying than i do hope that u dont. As for informing buyers of what u think is the truth, all your doing is giving false information based on toys and your personal thoughts.

This forums intent is to allow people to freely post there opinions and knowledge, however i wouldn't base your post as knowledgeable or in fact nothing more than rude.

The buying and selling sections here are not ment for posts such as this like u have made. if u would like to discuss PR Prediction or so on try the SEO thread.

We here try to be curtious to eachother and i hope no one in the future destroyes a thread of yours in this section as u have.

in the future when browsing the buy and sell section if u dont understand or dont agree with somthing, PM the seller/buyer never post 1 sided remarks as in some forums can result in account suspension.

Discusion forums are where u may post debates or ideas on PR pholosify not here,

your eather interested or not interested, insulting sellers is not the IWEBTOOL family way.
