Mmmm, this will be a tough one...based on the amount of unique hits, and backlinks + PR will consult into a range of $500-$1000 as a guestimate mine would be $850.

If a PR5 hits on the November update that is coming up then I would say $1100 to $1300 also adding that your site is for dating that is a huge deal but the layout would need to be changed to make it more presentable (IMO).

This is just my range of pricing, let's see what others say.

I think its worth a lot more than both prices but that probally because its my site)
It has an average of 200 to 300 people online at all times.

I see me getting a nice chunk of a huge market in the near future

Yep, I would have to say the same if it was my domain as well. I noticed you did have 277 people online (members) which is amazing for a dating website. I don't see why you shouldn't get a great value for it. Have you also checked at DigitalPoint? just a suggestion but not full recommended.
