Plz view the site

Its navigation working fine but in mozilla css is not supporting
i dnt know why

Plz help....

As i see you forget the standard. Start the page with the

<html>
<head>
<link href="css/style.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">
<title>Welcome to FIPS</title>
</head>
<body>
here comes the table with the content.
</body>
</html>

If i were you i would eliminate the broken css links as well (css/css.css)
Hope it helps to solve the problem.

The mozilla browser will not render the page correctly with all the errors in the .html. The first thing you need to do is validate the page. If you do not have a software package that does this like maybe Dreamweaver, you can go here:
http://htmlhelp.com/tools/validator/
and put in your website address. The errors will be produced. Once you have fixed these, you will be able to address the problem with the css.
