I think your domain name has something to with it.
Your niche migh not be that competitive so it very simple to rank no1.

Because there are only FOUR pages competing for that phrase


COngrats on a number one, though if it brings traffic in I wouldn't have told everyone else as you are just going to create competition for yourself.

Well done... but it does seem like a niche phrase. I'm number for "mars guitars uk"!! Which is nice, but doesn't get me lots of passing trade.

I have a client who is top 3 on google for
private number plates, personalised number plates, number plates, irish number plates, cherished number plates, Shall I go on (some of them might be red herrings though )

But sadly he has decided that he no longer needs my services, and doesn't want to retain me on exclusivity, (he is making lots of money now and his web chap has convinced him that HE got him the rankings not what I was telling him to do) , so I am now going to take on a different number plate client, as I am no longer retained

That's a start, but like was mentioned, it is extremely niche. The next step would be to obtain the number one spot for a highly competitive keyword....

Yep they are top 5 for loads of keywords though and business went from £4000 amonth to £10000 a week, so they are not complaining.

Don't forget though that site is a product led site, so he has warehousing costs, staff costs, product costs as well.

25% is the minimum norm I work revenue share on, but I will take half if you really want to give it to me
