![]() | Google has become one big giant company over time. Actually in a very short time. How much you think Google costs?

![]() ![]() | I agree 100% VPM . Google worries me, they TRULY are trying to take over the internet and beyond. Their latest move is to use the data collcted from search to work out what are the emerging markets and investing in them. Google have recently been buying into private medical care for example. 'Do no evil' my ARSE! what they are doing is little short of insider dealing IMO

I don't want to sound to paranoid, but I am worried about the future of the internet. I am still registered for several Google services and will be in the future, but I will watch Google's progress. I thought they'd crossed the line when they started registering my searches without me giving any consent. I had to opt out of it.

![]() | I have to say that I rather like Google. Google registering searches does have some potentially unfortunate consequences, but it does lead to better results. It was frankly a good idea, though the privacy concerns may ultimately make it unworkable. Google services are fantastic. I don't know what I would do without Google. ---- Spare a few minutes for science: http://coglanglab.org |

Google are positioning themselves more and more where they are essential. once they achieve this position, then they will turn th screw.
