![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hi there, If they can be accessed by the web browser it means that they are on your web server, but, they appear to be hidden...weird. What FTP program do you use? Try clearing your caches and try again. If you want me to have a look at your FTP and see what they problem is , I'll have a go for you if you want? Regards, Kieran Taylor. |

![]() ![]() ![]() | Yea, which ftp program is this? Perhaps try another. Would recommend FireFtp using the Firefox browser.

![]() | If you are using Windows you can just click on "My Network Places" from the start menu - select "Add a network place" then follow the wizard - when it asks for internet or website address put in ftp://yourlogin@www.yourdomain.com then finish the wizard. When you want to access your ftp just go to "My Network Places" and double click your site - you will connect right through (after you enter your password). No other program required. Want to upload/download something, just drag it where you want it. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I had that happen to me a few times using fireftp, but I found that fireftp is easier to use than a standalone ftp client.....Try clearing your cache, restart your ftp client, restart your computer, maybe that will help. |
