![]() | I have start-using adsense on my site just few days back. But I do not know much about which color combination is the best. I have added google ads on my blog and match the color of my ads with the color of my site. So tell me which color combination is the best according to you that suits my site. Your views will be greatly helpful for me a as a way to make my blog as effective as I can. My site URL is displayed in the signature.

![]() | Try putting a 'beige' colored add above or below the title of your blogs content. |

![]() | Usually ads that blend in with your site work best. People won't click ads as much, I think, if they knew they were ads. Try to make the links look and blend in like any other links on the site.

![]() ![]() | The method that has worked best for me is having it identicle to my site, except have the links a slightly darker or lighter shade than your nomal text links. That way it blends in, and catches your visitors eye. I made a blog post about Earning more with adsense. It's mostly for complete adsense noobs though.

![]() | My limited experience of adsense is that one should try also to weed out the chaff adverts by monitoring what ads are being displayed and de-selecting them as appropriate. Ads with look and feel of site are best. |

This works for me. Had the ad in a color I only used as an accent color on one of my sites and the CTR wasn't anything to write home about. Changed it to a shade a touch lighter that all the other links on my site that lead to content items and that CTR rate jumped. Its around 2-4% per day now. Now if I could only draw some more traffic....
