Stumbled And Got Traffic

That day, I stumbled one of my threads myself at my forums and luckily got 100s of visitors...anyone did this and benefitted?

I trade stumbles with webmasters in other forums and get traffic that way!

I do once in a while, but they don't usually last that long unless other people start stumbling that same page.

I wouldn't be much excited about stumble upon. Those visitors will forget about your site before they visit the next one.

Although it might not be a long running solution, but having experienced it once and seeing good results is a nice thing.

Its not the best converting traffic in the world but its definitely worth the click. I have even created a little stumble and social exchange forum for stumble swaps etc at http://www.qdoos.com

At least we doing something to boost traffic for a site and one of this stumbleupon. I do it once it definitely bring traffic for a site.

I find stumbleupon to deliver a good amount of traffic along with digg, though this traffic appears to be of poor quality. The visitors typically spend just a few seconds on my forum and click away without reading anything.

Stumble is good, but do not lean upon it as a reliable source, as quoted, they're not a valuable targeted traffic as they all mostly just stumble to gain statistics. Bookmarks should be the primary goal in which is what my site is doing very well at and and has been achieving compared to search engine keywords and etc.

I think forums are good to create content.

I think stumble is worth attention. At least, it can be one the parts of your seo campaign. It can't be constant source of visitors but still you can find some interested persons.
