Google Analytics a catch 22?

With the rumours about search engine results being based on visitors and bounce rates is it a good idea to have google analytics???

This means google can more easily measure your website and rank it accordingly to bad or good results.

This is a problem if Google knows too much, but then again they are the no1 search engine in the world
