Appraise My Domain(s)

Hi.

Right now I have 2 different domains.

I have my personal domain, www.calumneilson.com which I know is worth a lot to me but nothing to anyone else so that doesn't need appraising.

I also have the domain www.computalk.net

I registered it when it dropped and it has been used since something like 1996 and 1998. computalk.com, computalk.org and computalk.co.uk are also taken. Could you appraise it please.

http://www.computalk.net is good domain. But you need to make it popular to get good value. With out traffic, the domain itself do not worth a lot unless you are good at online sales

hmm. i think it sounds good. very easy to utter and remember. nice name choice. i think cute is the word. no sugar-coating.

I just checked the other extensions, and it seems nobody has setup a forum or similiar, I would say it would be worth 50-100$. However, if you built it I think you have the ability to make the double the price of the domain.

You should see if you can buy the computalk.com & .org sites, could be worth alot if you develop some traffic through them as a bundle?

CompuTalk.net has a potential only if you can create a good website then decide to sell...

Yeah, I was thinking about talking to the owner of computalk.com and mabye .org

I have never seen their sites online which means they might sell. haveing computalk.com, .net and .org would be good.

I always say that a domain is not worth $1 unless its advertised!

That doesn't make much sense. Domains like webhosting.com and pictures.com will be worth money whether they are advertised or not.
