Question Website tracking help

I am looking for software to track website traffic and activity. I currently use extemetracking.com. It does not seem that accurate and does not have engough information. Any input would be appreciated.

Looking to track ad words, search terms terms, website reffers, page tracking, converstion rates etc.

I have never used statcounter. Is a separate site that tracks or is it software that we download to our server?

Google webmaster tools is handy, but not for detailed traffic count. Then you at least needs statcounter.com or thecounter.com.

They work very well when used together. I use both and have for a very long time. No problems, and great information!
