Can you explain why iwebtool/talk only PR3?

I linke iwebtool and visit it very often::
but why
http://www.iwebtool.com/talk/
only shows PR=3
I think this page has heavy traffic!!!
The PR shall be higher.........
Could some one explain why......?

The forum was opened just 3 days before the PR updated, there wasn't enough time for the Google to index all the incoming links for /talk.

Yeah, if it was opened a few months before, would have been atleast PR 4 even 5!

It's still PR3, I don't understand the comments in relation to time (months), what sort of cycle does google have? Google bot seems to visit websites that I'm involved with almost daily. So why would it have a PR update timescale of months?

To my knowledge Google only review Rankings a few times a year the last review was MAY this year which would I assume account for http://www.iwebtool.com/talk/ Page 3 Ranking there are many sites who would be pleased to have such a Ranking and I am sure thats only the start for
http://www.iwebtool.com/talk/ it will not be Rank3 for long

Hello,

Google updates their PageRank database about every 3 months. The "talk" portion of iWebTool had just missed the major crawl and got hit with the late bots and did not aquire all of the backlinks.

Don't worry though, the "talk" will have a higher pagerank very soon.
