Vacation Rentals web site

It is a pretty new web site. People can advertise their vacation properties for free. It gains revenue almost only from google AdSense. Please review and give advice - design, content and everything!

for being pretty new you seem to have sufficient traffic i see. Nice design, i guess you could start charging people like say hotels and resorts etc to get featured once you build more traffic and get rid off few of the Google ads, they do create an eyesore in a subtle sort of way.

Too many google ads will just confuse your visitor take them somewhere else when they do click and probably bookmark the other site they visit. So to have repeat CUSTOMERS you might want to rethink your revenue generating strategy.

P.S - get a newsletter sign up thing and let me know, I'll sign up for it. or maybe it's there and I didn't notice.....

The web site is really new (9 months). I have nearly 300 Properties listed on it, but only 3 of them wanted to pay for advertising (1$ per moth). That makes 1% (actually it is 1 user with 3 properties). Maybe the price is too low (I don't know), but I think the most people are not ready to pay for advertising - they all search for "free"! :confuse: But I need the revenue!
