must we have the same discussion time and time again. Might I suggest that we pin a 'how do I increase PageRank' topic at the head, and lock all other new ones, referring them to the pinned topic.

increasing IBLs is not an over night job, it will take months and months of getting IBLs. just have to work hard

Word of caution. Don't IBLs from irrelevant site less it would "corrupt" your site.

Like google said built website for user not for the search engine. It's mean website that useful for users will increase page ranks.
