Mmatoday, the reliability of that tool was the subject of many discussions here. Maybe you want to take a quick look at the The "Official PR Prediction Accuracy" thread in order to see our members experiences concerning the tool. Shortly after the last PR update the MSN started to reject the use of the link: operator, so the tool has a brand new algorithm. The forthcoming PR update will be the first feedback for the reliability and we are all very excited and curious.

I dont see where it showed the actual outcomes besides 1 post.

Accroding to my experience it could increase bit up(say pr2 or pr3) but not till pr6.
