I like the layout but was rather put off by the empty page at News & Reviewsand the dead image at the About Us page

Needs at bit of work doing in the site gubbins starting with
<meta name="Description" content="The Big Trend .co.uk - Home" this doesnt do it any favours

With a PR0 and no backlinks i'd say it needs some work if it is going to compete with others out there.

Keyword research is the first step. What are the best titles for each page? Go to your competitor websites, the ones who rank well, and start there for keyword ideas and also places to start linking from. I would take off the mrsite link at the bottom of each page or at least nofollow it, your sites pages need the link juice more than his does. A lot of images, not a bad thing but make sure you optimize those - file names, good anchor text using a short description of the item (sometimes people image search while shopping). I also suggest more text content. The page layout doesn't work for me, when I got there I wasn't totally sure what the site was for - when people shop online with soooo much competition you really have about 4 seconds to grab attention.

It looks pretty plain. Too much white at the backdrop. Try changing things a little or add a different colour background to spice things up.

I like the layout of your site, it is clean and simple. But the header is too large

it's good design i always like simple ones but i don't think is the right one for
clothes site ...

in addition the logo is too big i suggest to shrink n put it in the left leavin space for a webbanner i could bring beauty to your site

i think the main header at the top needs to be clearer and sharper and agree that it is too big. But overall not bad
