I have a PR Web Directory which I am offering links on:
http://www.net4any.com
It has been PR6 for one year
and all the subpages are at least a PR4
The structure is regular html not php.
There is a small fee to be listed, deep links are welcome.
It is a relatively smaller directory and all pages are linked to the homepage
Your description may be long and deep links are accepted too.
You are essentially paying for a PR4 text link with a good description.
I have recieved feedback that the directory seemed to help
a persons rankings, it may be an authority site by now, I am
not sure, but the links from here do seem to have weight.
No illegal or immoral website please
This website has 13,081 backlinks according to submitexpress.com/linkpop
If you do add a listing please PM me and I will add the site right away.
