how to add reciprocal link

I am new to all this but I have recently bought a website http://paidsurveysnet.com/
Just out of interest really.
I need some help please I want to try adding reciprocal links but I don't know how. I have read with great interest lots of advise on this site and I would like to try my best and give this website my best shot. Any advise with marketting and promotion would be gratefully received. Having read lots of advise on here it appers that reciprocal links are the way to go but I don't know how.
Please help.

Reciprocal link is concept of if you link to my site I will link to yours.

Older way was to send an email to webmaster of the website showing your interest and they will share their information as well. This is the best way to dod it, but eventually some websmasters don't stand my their words (they remove it) all of a sudden your website will be linking theirs in one way.

To avoid that:

There are plenty of automated software scripts available right now depending on your hosting enviroment you can implement this.

One such implementation in my site is below:

Directory

In this page click on the link

[Submit your site]

It will guide you through... Similarly there are plenty of sites available, i tested couple of them they worked for a bit and they started hurting as well so removed some of those systems.

So I suggest searching google for the keyword reciprocal link exchange and try them.

At point I recommend you building your own concept of what you really want to do with your website and that uniqueness will gain the popularity you need.

If you are submitting to a directory which requests a reciprocal link the usually will have a code ready for you like below:

<a href="http://cbarker.ws" title="Resonate Equilibrium Cbarker.ws!><img style="width: 100px; height: 20;" src="http://cbarker.ws/storage/dir-badg/equilibrium-button.jpeg" alt="Resonate Equilibrium Cbarker.ws"/></a>

You would then copy & paste into your Web page & the Url of the page you would submit within a relevant field

Of course, you can't reciprocal as many links as possible. The key is quality relevant links and not quantity links.

create a links page and I would also buy or write a linking script so that it takes some of the work out of the proccess for you. I have one set up on my site so that I am emailed when someone wants to exchange links after they fill out a form. If I accept it, it goes automatically on the page of the links directory I assign it to. The script also checks my links to see if my links in place on their end are still alive.

Exchanging links to related is doing reciprocal links especially if it's a quality one...

Reciprocal link is exchanging link to your competitor site. Usually you can get reciprocal link through forums or directory. Before exchanging link you must evaluate the link and it must be related to your site. And you can add reciprocal link through your link page and through competitor link page.

Quality links or those related links are much appreciated by Search Engines. Check if your site is attached on links that are already indexed coz that's another factor for the Search Engines

To add reciprocal links -

1.Select the other website url sutaible for your category of website.Place those other links on your website and then request similar favors.
2. Make use of reciprocal link provider directories.
3.Use bookmark pages
4.Sign guestbooks often. That way you will get to leave your url at lots of places on the net free of cost.

This is regarding how to get reciprocal links as there is enough disussed above about the procedure of adding the reciprocal links.
