Hello, I need an appraisal for this domain

Pinoy means - Filipino - Citizens of the Philippines.

It's a teenage site.

If it is targeted at Filipinos, it is ok, but definitely not for people who does not know your language.

looks like too gloomy for teenagers. unless it's only for male teens...but it's me.

I also think the light blue text: "Ang Bahay ng Kabataang Pinoy" is out-of-place or doesn't fit the background. it's not legible and quite eye-irritating. Better stick to that color in your menu.

Another is the middle column text. I think green defies the bluish background. Black is better, i could imagine.

I'll leave to others the rest of the comments.

Oh, and I also think the three columns should be evenly positioned with respect to one another, instead of lowering the middle.

Still, I congratulate you for coming up with such a website catering to teens.
