VPS, Semidedicated, Dedicated

These three terms contain word dedicated. But as far as I understand all of them are diiferent things.
I have been looking for VPS hosting and have found one web hosting company offers this.
VPS
Semi dedicated
Dedicated

Now I littl bit confused with A2hosting.com's offers.
Please suggets me what should I choose for vBulletin board.

VPS - you will have root access and desktop access.

semi-dedicated means its a cpanel hosting, standard hosting plan with huge cpu and usage resource. As server is shared by only smallest number of account.

dedicated - only you. You own the whole server

I have 2 VPS 3 Dedicated. I personally agree with you. Dedicated is much better than others. But it is more expensive also
