I have either 1 or 2 ways to sell this site. I can sell the domain by itsself or the whole site. either way I do not have the time to spend on this any more.

the site uses Power Seek SQL latest version cost over $400 and I can transfer the lic to you too. Of course I am not asking that much for it. I do not have the time for it any more since my other projects take presidence.

There are a few types of links Paid/Regular and I also have a plugin that you can show results and get paid if the paid links do not return any results.

Traffic: The site has steady traffic and it is included with an SEO program or 2 however I do not know which ones. but anyways it is getting about 30 -50 new submissions /per week. it has over 400 directories and 18000 links.
The Script is totally configureable to make it look like what ever you wish
