Concerned but excited

I've been on a new venture to launch a website and over the past 4 months been obtaining linkbacks (over 400 so far).

Obviously because my website is new it's in the sandbox for at least another 2 months / but will probably be in for another 4-6.

I've just done a google search on my targeted keywords with a tool that removes the sandbox filter, my website comes 2nd nearly on all keywords. Which is fantastic!!! however the website will not be finished at least for another year!! which means if i get released from the sandbox I'm going to recieve (in theory) a shed load of hits. What content should I have on the site in the meantime without giving too much away to competitors?

You need to be careful about the amount of BL you acquire with your site being so new, as to many to quickly can set alarm bells ringing at Google.

Do you think I should back off a bit with the linkbacks?
what if i am flagged? surely there's nothing worse that being sandboxed anyway? therefore I'm making the most of it.

I'm not sure what the recommended limit is, 400 in 4 months might be OK but if it was 200 in one week and and the remainer obtained over the other 15 weeks it might not be, I'm sure someone here will know

Well that's ok then, been no more than about 50 per week i reckon.

Don't really know HOw your website is but my guess is it would just received lots of visits but not many hits which would appear lowest in Alex ranking..
