Care to actually quote the source, because most of that is totally wrong.

Hello

PR means Page Rank. It is the ranked that gives my search engine to your website and tells how good and important is your website. Google use some algorithm to decide how much your website weigh. Good PR means people who are searching in the SE gets your Website more informational.
