I just got proposed from SEO Company. They said I could got flash all main page. They'd like creat the one page for optimized. I couldn't sure that better way. Accually I don't belieived them cause them garuntee 5 week that page would be top 10 results. Could its metter?

Did you get a spam email?? Sometimes spam is very well disguised... any SEO company that approaches you usually is sending out spam.

top 10 result isnt that hard to achieve unless your going after the keywords such as "debt"

sounds like spam to me
even if they can guarantee top result for the debt keyword i still wouldnt use them becuase they violated the number 1 rule on the net! DONT SPAM!

As munt said, a Top10 result is not hard to achieve unless you're using competitive keywords.

For example, with our site http://www.nationalkitchens.co.uk it has been relatively easy to achieve high positioning for 'Assembled Kitchens' but extremely difficult to achieve top listings for just 'Kitchens'.

The companies Ive discussed this with and who have claimed to be able to get me top results for just 'kitchens' in a short period of time, appear to be using blackhat methods, and from what I gather, blackhat = bad and possible banning by the various search engines!

msn is possible. yahoo abit harder and google is hardest in 5 weeks. yeah also depends on keyword popularity.

it cant be possible witha black hat seo technique (top ranks in 5 weeks)
even any company who can gurantee the rankings is fake

My advice is dont go with them because Black hat seo technique is very dangerous and also there is no gurantee of rankings with black hat technique too

Thank you for all replied...For The competitive keywords as arround 32 million (thailand property). Usually my site had been top 20 results for that keyword. Btw, I'd believed that "SPAM"
